Re: 2013 White Altitude build. ATTITUDE!

Holy shit. Sounds great!

Can you have someone record you as you accelerate away? Both under normal and heavy acceleration?

If I get a chance I will. It will be pouring here the rest of the week, so we will see.

Re: 2013 White Altitude build. ATTITUDE!

Awesome ride!!
I'm really torn between these Giovana Kilis wheels or the Savini forged BM 4s for my black Altitude.

And I would like to add a Borla full catback in the future when tuning becomes available for the extra horsepower.

Great mods so far!

Thanks for all the kind words everybody! Finally got it washed yesterday so I am not ashamed to drive it! But lucky for me it should start raining here again today!

Re: 2013 White Altitude build. ATTITUDE!

So these wheels are 22x10.5 do you know what the offset is.......just curious because I'm going to order some 305/40 Toyo Proxes st2's for my SRT replicas with a 45mm offset. I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to rub.

thanks for your help.

Tussle - looks badass dude, help me understand what you mean here though?

Removing the bottom 3 threads? .... by what method? also, really would help if you knew the offset on those Giovannas. I think they are either 35 or 38mm

Re: 2013 White Altitude build. ATTITUDE!

Very Carefully, with a die grinder. The wheels are 22" x 10.5, 5 x 130 (remachined to 5x127) and are +45 offset. This is the biggest wheel and tire combo, you can smash under the car without any real modification, or a lift or leveling kit. The car looks tough as hell in person, real sinister. Parked next to a new srt, the other day, and it looked pretty puny in comparison, but I am sure he would have smoked me!

thanks for the reply man - I am still having a hard time visualizing this though, so you are taking a die grinder /wheel cutoff to the strut itself?

Re: 2013 White Altitude build. ATTITUDE!

Love that exhaust sound. Does it drone bad? How loud is it in the cabin? Always been a fan of Borla exhausts but with the cost of the Gibson i'm having a hard time deciding.

I do like how quiet the interior is without an aftermarket exhaust...but i'll only enjoy it for so long. Coming from an e46 M3 with an eisenmann race exhaust and GruppeM intake, this JGC is whisper quiet.
