Right now, some of you are having virtual heart attacks looking at that pic. But, some of us really don't go the "I'll never allow my Jeep to get dirty" route.

I've had 20 bags of topsoil, and (3) 12' treated 4x4s in mine. I hauled lots (shingle, roofing flashing, etc) when building the shed last summer. I also have the Mopar slush mat. My interior still looks new when clean. Luckily, I recently traded my car for a Ram -- to do the dirty stuff.

what has his putting his bike in the back got to do with it being sold as a used vehicle? if its damaged and scratched its going to be able to be seen by the next potential buyer and they can make the choice to purchase it or not. the damage is cosmetic and has nothing to do with the vehicles performance or maintenance. alot of people that "use" their vehicles also are the same people that are super anal on the maintenance because they have to count on that vehicle. youre statement is absurd

That's actually a Duragear protector underneath the Husky Liner. (it got pulled up when I removed the bike)

I have no issue with the getting dirty part :), but a hitch-mounted bike rack is just soooo much easier to deal with, on and off!
I know, I know. I'll be getting the Thule T2 within a few weeks.

Don't understand those bike people,

He has a perfectly good jeep, and when he gets to the interesting muddy part, he leaves it parking and rides a bike, go figure :)
