I suppose that depends on how the air suspension senses height. A conventional suspension system would settle however the air suspension may use sensors and will auto compensate as the components settle in.

Obviously I'm guessing here.

Re: Aussie Overland Diesel - Silver

Nice!!! Congrats on surviving the long wait

Were you expecting the dark wood the whole time or was it a surprise as I was under the impression we were gonna get the red/brown wood?

Re: Aussie Overland Diesel - Silver

When I ordered it, I was told it would be brown wood as per the Overland Hemi I tested.
After the order was in and Jeep released the specs of the CRD's, I was told it would be black. I also read it as being black form the build sheets Milous gave me, so it was not a surprise, I am happy with either as I have my Jeep.
The one thing I notice about the Jeep is how bloody quiet it is inside. Even Mercedes I have been in are not as silent as the Jeep.

Re: Aussie Overland Diesel - Silver

I have only purchased mine and have to wait until August. Bright silver with the light interior was my choice. Congrats to you.

Hey Enforcer, just stumbled across this while looking for something and noticed your child seats are anchored to the cargo tie-downs in the photo. You've probably changed it to the proper anchors behind the carpet on the seatbacks by now but I want to make sure because those cargo points wouldn't hold up in a crash. I've seen what happens to kids who aren't properly restrained in a crash and I'd hate for that to happen to you if god forbid you ended up in a crash...
