Re: Bandwagon WK2.5

Enabled SRT mode - doesn't make the 3.6 any faster though

The real 'win' from the Tazer Unlocker is the NAV address entry while in motion and DRL dropout

Looks good! W/ the tazer, is the entire system unlocked when in drive? I want the DVD to be displayed when in drive , would this do it? And how do you install this thing, just plug into USB?

Re: Bandwagon WK2.5

U plug it into the obd port and leave it in. All the programming is done by the steering wheel buttons through the evic cluster screen.

I don't have DVD, so I'm not sure if DVD in motion works the same as NAV in motion. I also did not get the additional AV cables.

Lol keep us posted that would be awesome! Although I'm not sure how you would get into sport mode with that shifter in a 2014/15. The 16+ has a sport button on the center console .

I was more concerned about the updated shifter vs the sport button - $300 for a console is cheaper than $10k+ to swap for a '16

Looks like it's not just a simple shifter swap - it's physically a different size and the mounting points and direct wiring harness are different.

Not giving up complete hope yet - looks like the wire colors are the same, and the console wiring harness (gray) looks to be similar. Too much for tonight though - and don't want to risk frying anything now. @milous?

(Tazer has a workaround for Sport button on Challenger - will hold out hope for that if the swap works)
