I went wider in an effort to hold road grip better. I drive lots of highway and the cold temps with cold roads are common. I'm not worried about snow because typically the highways are clears due to plows and salt. However, if I lived in an area with snow all the time and the roads constantly covered, it would make greater sense to stay stock or narrow.

It looks like these tires are on your stock wheels. If so, do you get any rubbing going wider?

Stock Altitude wheels. No rubbing at all, even at full lock.

Sweet, Thanks man. Being new to the Jeep community and looking for a wider tire (without a lift), it is hard to make heads or tails in some of the forums. Some rub/some don't rub, you need spacers/you don't need spacers, need a lift/don't need a lift haha
