Dan - See if you can find a female Overland owner. Approach her and say: "Excuse me, may I pinch your bottom

seat leather" ?

Warning: Do not do this if a large possessive-looking male is around. Take especial care to make sure it is not pixyprincess' husband!

Re: Do Your Seats Look Like This?

Thanks, Capecodjeep.

Jrfenway, we have issues with the USB ports on the radio and in the console. They won't detect any of our flash drives (option to select the drive to import music, for example, is there but grayed), but they do have power. Is that your issue too? The service technician had husband reset the fuse for them located under the hood, but this didn't change anything.

Yep, Dan, I'm pretty sure it does have something to do with the ventilated nature of it. My seat is really taut and the black foam supporting the vented area is obvious when you look closely.

The foam looks rather cheap . . . not like something that will hold up well. A replacement seems useless if it's likely to reoccur as quickly. That's what I'm beginning to wonder, anyway, with more people speaking up about theirs being this way, too.

All this to say . . . I wish there was a more sturdy method of manufacturing these ventilated seats. Nature of the beast, I suppose?

(LOL, Netcoolery.)

Re: Do Your Seats Look Like This?

I bet after a couple of heat cycles when the weather warms that the crease will go away. That's what they do when they install new seat covers (heat them).
