Just my opinion but honestly on a brand new car like that you might as well just spend the extra cash and get everything painted professionally. A little tacky in my book to use plastidip on 50k plus vehicles. Not a diss just stating my opinion. Do what you damn well please lol

many, many, many members have had chrome painted...including me. If it is prepped correctly..it will be fine. Find another shop

I think plastidip on any car is a good idea. It's the "try before you buy" mentality. Why not spend $10 and test out what you want for a few months? Maybe you'll change your mind or think of something better.

Unless you are 150% sure of what you want to do, I think shelling out the cash to paint something without testing it out first is a bad decision.

Getting mirrors and door handle covers painted friday will post pics when shes all done. Actual mirrors are getting painted but I guess actual door handles are a PITA to take off, they were charging me 400 bucks for everything but instead just charging me 80 bucks for mirrors and handle covers.
