gsommerp - 2015 Ecodiesel OEM+ Build Thread

I thought I'd start a thread of my own. Previously I had a 2006 WK and now have a 2015 WK2 Limited Eco Diesel. I thank everyone for their posts, builds, and advice.

The plan is to do a slight OEM+ build. Currently I purchased a set of OEM SRT 20x10s and had them poweder coated gunmetal.

Other mods waiting to get done.
1. SRT8 Coils
2. Eibach dampers
3. Black mirror and handle covers
4. Honeycomb grill.

I also would like to black out lower facia and fog lights. Was thinking of leaving the rings chrome, what do you think.

Then rear taillight frames in black, with black Jeep Emblem.

Plan to debadge front JEEP on hood, Side GRAND CHEROKEE and all emblems on the tailgate, leaving the ECODIESEL.

Thanks. After my 2006 gas guzzler I had to be a little more eco friendly.

I paid $125/wheel. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I am in the Bay Area CA and that was a lower price.

First mod is done. Honeycomb grill. I took off the bumper. Took me 30-45 minutes to do entire job. Super easy. ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1465155206.574281.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1465155225.067304.jpg

Thanks for letting me know. Looking at doing the same to a different set. Well worth it. They look really good.

Re: gsommerp - 2015 Ecodiesel OEM+ Build Thread

Finally have some better pictures after installing SRT8 OEM Coil springs all the way around. I also removed load leveling shocks and installed standard shocks.

Thanks. I've made more changes since. Debadged and blacked out chrome on front. Will post more pictures.
