Re: Let's See Them Altitudes!

Proud new owner of a '15 Altitude 4x4 with tow package. It's replacing a 2010 Audi B8 S4, which I loved and will miss . The Altitude is the only vehicle I would settle on as a replacement (needed a more practical vehicle for hauling around 3 kids)...nothing else did it for me, including the X5, Q5 or Q7. I was going to hold out for a High Altitude, but after seeing the pics I wasn't too fond of the dark chrome accents around some of the body panels and figured this edition fit my needs plenty...and I saved $10k in the process.

I've had it for a week and loving it so far! I'm using skunkd's white Altitude as a template for what I'd like to do with mine. Already ordered the HID kit from Xenondepot (4300k), 1.25" spacers, charcoal tail-light tints, chrome exhaust tips (which I'll be powder-coating black) and a few other goodies. Tinted the front windows as well!

Awesome! Love to hear the rides previously ran. You have some impressive taste so it says a lot that you settled with the JGC Altitude. Welcome to the club!

After a month, still enjoying the ride and love how it looks! Still intrigued by other JGCs esp. other Altitudes on the road.

Re: Let's See Them Altitudes!

Just picked up my 15 Atitude. I love these posts. It's nice to see what others are doing for mods. Blacked out the window trim. Getting the windows tinted this week. Ordered the red caliper covers.
Question how do you tint the tail lights? Professionally or is it a kit you buy and DYI? Also has anyone tried a muffler delete. I would like to get a more aggressive sound but not sure if a muffler delete will do the trick or not.
How do I post photos?

I have a set of charcoal tail-light tints for sale in the classifieds. I started to install them but wasn't a fan of the look. LMK if interested.
