Good looking Jeep!

Thanks mate—I didn't wire it myself but I specified where I wanted it to go. It has been run along the Rhino Rack and in through a grommet under the top area of the tailgate with a plug in case I should ever need to remove the rack. The wiring is all but invisible—you can only see about 2 inches of it between the end of the roof rail and the tailgate.

This is the grommet I'm referring to:

Perfect! I didn't think about running it through the back, I kept thinking that i'd have to run wiring somewhere closer to the front.

Any update on the nudge bar? Saw your CAD model on another thread, looked slick! Sweet ride!

I've finally found someone interested in the project—I wasn't able to find anyone near me with the interest in or ability to do it.

After a really helpful and in depth conversation with a fabricator I'll be checking and making a few tweaks to my design over the weekend to suit their equipment. We got super analytical and spoke about bend diameters and various tolerances to achieve the best result. Bottom line is that it will be produced on a CNC Mandrel Bender to achieve the precision and aesthetic outcomes I'm looking for. I should have a bar in the next few weeks.
