If you call up ask for Eddie or Matt, tell them mike with the white jeep referred you.

I'm going to have to call them for my window trim. Its the only thing left on my Alt. thats chrome.

Were you able to wait at the shop while they worked or did you have to drop it off?

This might be a dumb question but did you need the canbus for the foglights as well ?

No but doesn't hurt. You only need resistors for the front and rear turn signals. Otherwise you get a hyper flash on the dashboard.

You need canbus resistors for the headlights too. I would just get them for the fogs as well if u need them you have them if not you only wasted a few bucks so better safe than sorry.

MKSVT where did you mount the Fog light ballasts ? I'm gonna install mine soon. Did you need canbus cancellers for the fogs as well?

I went with the Cree H11 Led for the Fogs and it's perfect. I have the 4300K Philips HIDs for the mains and it puts out so much light putting HIDs on the fogs would been overkill IMO and I don't think you would notice that much of a difference if any. The Cree fogs have a HID look and match the mains. What a difference driving at night and definitely a sharper look overall. Will get some pictures up soon.

Re: MKSVT's JGC *Altitude*

just out of curiosity, you went from the summit to the altitude which we know is a base laredo with differences. What made you sell the summit to the altitude? Im just asking only because im thinking of trading my my2014 limited with pano, lux ii to a new summit.

thanks for any input!

Yes, I used CANBUS cancellers for the fogligts, I mounted the foglight ballast with 3m tape and zip tied them to the front bumper support.

Wisely, there is a huge difference between the led and hid foglights. If you want actual useable light do the hids. If you want no useable light and just for color go led.

Lance, I traded my summit in for a 2014 mustang 5.0 track pack. Once I saw the altitude model released I had to have it. I actually prefer the looks of the altitude over the summit. I must say I don't miss the summit or the HEMI one bit. The one thing I do miss is the 19 speaker HK stereo and that's about it. Do yourself a favor if you are looking to upgrade pick up a used 2014 SRT.
