About how much clearance do you have with the 285's heightwise in front and back?

*Just got to a bigger computer monitor and it looks like it's pretty good. The tires look great on your Jeep too.

You can black out the taillights with black (instead of grey) from just for jeeps.. 2014 SRT8 Black Taillamp Bezels

I'd do it if they were half the price. $186 for some plastic trim is just crazy.

Blackout can also be done with plastidip. About $10 worth of materials.

I'll smear poo on my car before I use plasti-dip on it.
The effect will be about the same.

I'd rather have the OEM part then a textured rubber paint.

Re: MOFSTEEL's JGC Altitude OEM + Build thread

well... the color of poo and plasti-dip is just a tad different, but plasti-dip would look more in place than the grey tail lamp bezels...

Granite Crystal Metallic. May not have the Jeep, but I'll still drop in and keep up with the news.

From a distance plasti-dip looks ok but up close it looks textured and cheap.
I'd rather keep them as is, paint them, or buy the OEM parts.
I'll probably just end up leaving them until I can find a good deal on the OEM parts. The grey matches the silver just fine until then.

Re: MOFSTEEL's JGC Altitude OEM + Build thread

Your mods look good, especially the tires but I still prefer the original altitude.
