A $30 savings but still too much.

You could always have taillight trim painted gloss black.

But depending on the body shop you used if you could not do it yourself it might work out to the same price more or less with the cost of paint and labor.

Anyone know the part numbers for the front grille surrounds and the rear black gloss rear bumper trim?

Thanks jgc4ever, much appreciated :-)

I managed to find a part number for a ring kit, not sure if it's black gloss though.. I would have thought it was as these are $150 more than the standard chromo look finish surrounds..

Part number: 68241344AA

Beautiful silver Altitude man! Any plans to color match the chrome surrounds by the windows?

We plan to get one ourselves, the wife wants a white one but the silver is damn sick too!

I've been going back and forth with having them painted gloss black. (not plasti-dip) Still undecided. May just leave them as is.

You seem to be as against plasti-dip as you were against RS4 reps.

Car looks great, by the way. Nice work and some excellent mods.

Thanks... I believe in modding to improve and cheap VMR wheels and spraying rubber on my car just doesn't cut it.

The styling of the Altitude fits my tastes well so I won't be modding it as much as my previous cars. A few small changes go a long way.
