Welcome JeepImport, like everyone else,I am LOVING that interior color.Slick!! You have a great vehicle in a Jeep.Owned Jeeps 26 years and have always been impressed with them.
I decided to switch rims on my '11 JGC,(like to keep mine as stock as possible) so went with a set of SRT wheels and tires, really sets off my Green WK with the polished factory SRT rims.Downside is they do affect the performance (it's a V6) alittle, and noticeable to me as I owned it from new and pay attention on how she behaves. Its only ALITTLE different but I can live with it.Anyhoo that's my 10 cents worth.
A lot of guys and girls here have done some great wheel switches, but I do agree that 24" will likely not give you an equal ride to what you are already used too. Seems 22" is optimum or maximum size to retain ride comfort levels.I tend to pay close attention to what the guys and girls say on this forum as,like you and me,they are actual owners and gain nothing by the advice they offer, opposed to a business that wants to sell you wheel and tiré packages.
Have you thought about running 18"s with oversized tires?Or is that not your thing?
My choice was to go with factory SRTs (price I bought them for used was ridiculously inexpensive) so didn't have to worry about after market offsets, spacers etc.Just my opinion though, and everyone's is different. In any event, congratulations on your purchase and enjoy it for many years.
