Re: Pedal Dress Up Kit and Splash Guards

I installed the pedals on my 200. The brake pedal was as bad as everyone said. I did soapy water, heat, used wife's hand mirror behind the pedal, and it was still a no-go. I finally cut 2 slits in the corners that weren't cut. i was then able to go all around with a screwdriver -- to pry the thick rubber over the metal pedal. It has held solid.

Read this first.
Stainless Pedal for Emergency Brake

I took Jeep_addicted's advice and made a plate to mount it too much easier...

Re: Pedal Dress Up Kit and Splash Guards

I just ripped the old plastic one off and glued the one I ordered from Amazon on , I didnt make no plate or drilled holes ?? And I have a tendency of pushing down hard on the ebrake pedal with my hulk leg .. I just used Sellys Araldite it's as strong as I can't pull it off and it's not like I want to every take it off
