Overland has a leather dash, advance safety pkg optional, real Napa leather seats. I'd get the overland alone for the dash. But that's just me. Also it's not just painted wheel trim, the front and rear bumpers are also body matching. V6s get dual exhaust vs the single on a limited. Up until 2016, the overland had more acoustic glass, not sure about it now I read the limited finally got an acoustic windshield. Overland has the option for HK sound. So I'd say there are differences. To me, the limited is just an optioned out Laredo, like a weird step child.
