Looks like they also sell Factory Reproductions and I still paid less from Discount Tire even with free shipping.

Don't know what to say...Factory Reproductions had a whole pallet of them and they tested them and they were all bad. That's why they returned my money... Maybe the ones from Quadratec came from a different batch...

Discount Tire confirmed 2 tires weren't balancing properly at higher speeds so I had them order the Spec-X. Price is the same just hoping they perform well.

re: SilverBillet's JGC Altitude OEM + Build thread

I had the Yokahama's mounted over the weekend and so far im impressed.
Discount Tire had to order them from TireRack since none of their stores/warehouses had them in stock.
Vibration is completely gone. They seem to be less noisy and about an inch wider than the Hankook's.
We're going to get some rain here this week so I'll report back on performance.

re: SilverBillet's JGC Altitude OEM + Build thread

How are the Yoko's? I got a quote from my local DiscountTire for some FR Goliath 20x9 and Yoko Spec-X 285/50r20. I also quoted out same wheels but with Bridgestone Dueler Alenza Plus 285/50r20. Big price difference (Bridgestone much higher).

One thing I noticed from the Yoko's is that the reviews on Discount are great but most of the users are for full size SUV's and trucks. Is there any disadvantage because of our JGC 's being much lighter in weight?

They've been great in the dry/rain and very quiet compared to the other tires I've tried. Can't comment about snow.
I've read a good number of positive comments from SRT8 owners so they should be more than sufficient for the lil ol PentaStar.

They're differently an improvement over the yellowish stock bulbs. I have them in my lows, highs, and fogs. Whiter and slightly brighter.

Whats the easiest way to change all the bulbs? I just ordered some. Did you drop the bumper?

re: SilverBillet's JGC Altitude OEM + Build thread

I moved the wheel well liner aside to do the fogs and swapped the lows/highs from directly under the hood with some help of the access ports also in the front wheel liner.

This video helped. I was left with a few scratches because of the tight spaces.
