Re: * Skunkd's 2015 White GC Altitude *

Skunkd, great work man. Just took delivery of a white 15 altitude last week. and I can't wait to get started on it. I have a tint appointment Tuesday, and hope to get my headlights and fogs done. Deciding whether i want HIDS, but don't really want to deal wl bulbs or ballast going bad, LED which is seeming like the new HID, or keep it simple wl the Nokya Bulbs you have. they're very cost efficient VS LED/HID.

You're truck is truly inspirational man!

Looks great. I just rolled 200 miles in my 15 HA. Looking at 22x10.5 w/ 305's now. Just going to have to research the perfect offset and tire sidewall.

If you are staying at stock height you can probably get away with 305/40/22 not sure about park height though... Go 22x10.5 +38 offset and 305/35/22 it is the most common size for us... But also a hard tire to find right now. If you plan on adding brembos you might need a 3mm spacer to clear the front calipers depending on how concave the wheel you go with is otherwise you will be fine.

Yes. that's what I'm looking for. I'm going to go with a 10 spoke concave wheel as I will probably not up grade to brembos anytime soon.

I may go with the 40 series as well just to fill up the wheel gap in regular and sport mode. 35 might be too much of a gap with out lowering the car.

You think a body shop or somewhere could put those LED headlights in for me? I have no idea how to do any of that, and the farthest I got on DIY mods on the last GC was plasti-dipping all the chrome. 😂

If you are going with those 22x10.5 +38 and 305/35/22 is what I would recommend 305/35/22 is as close to stock diameter (nearly identical) as you can get so you can use the spare tire with that size if needed which is a huge plus for sticking with that size.

Absolutely any body shop could easily do this. Probably even car audio/HID light installers as well
