Again not removing the bumper I finished the headlight hid install. They work great too no issues. I can recommend the DDM kit all around as far as initial use and setup. I'll update if any issues arise with the bulbs or ballasts, but so far so good :-)

Here is where I mounted the drivers side ballast right under the headlight below the high beam bulb with extreme 3m double sided tape.

And here is where I mounted the passenger side ballast with zip ties using existing holes in the front bumper/radiator support

Used a step bit to drill a perfect hole for the grommet. They sell them at harbor frieght for 20 bucks a pair or a little more at Home Depot / Loews I was able to keep the dust caps installed. At this point I didn't care anymore because the stock halogen lighting is God awful and dangerous. As much as I didn't want to drill they came out good with the stepbit. Just don't drill too large or the grommet will do nothing.

If I get condensation down the road whatever, I've had enough of halogens. I haven't owned a car with halogens in over 10 years now until this thing and it blows my mind that they aren't standard on all cars by now. (Probably never will be because led technology is emerging quickly)

Daytime pics, the first ones are when they first turn on they are a deep blue then lighten up as they warm up.
