The Jeep actually came in on Tuesday afternoon but couldn't pick it up until today. I left work early so I could drop the 1995 GC that I was borrowing from the fire chief off at his house. It is well worth the wait on this if you can wait. The dealership was great and they went over everything in the car with me. The guy that was going over the car with me thought it had a CD player in it, I laughed and said "That's a $200 option that I did not want." We finished up with talking with my sales guy Randy and had a great chat. He told me to let people know he will do 4% under invoice on Order outs or what he has in inventory, no deadline from the sounds of it.
On the way home, I tried to tinker with the radio and everything on it. I got about 2 songs in on the SD card when it froze. We stopped a little later and tried the "shut off for 10 minutes and see what happens", I got nothing. Little over an hour drive (68 miles to back home), it was a great drive. The steering is so smooth and the shifting of the gears was great. ECO Mode does make it shift through gears from a stop quickly and makes it seem a little slow. If you really give it gas, it gets up and goes. I tried from a dead stop with ECO off and using paddle shifter, it moves. There is no complaint here on the V6! When I got home, I got the laptop out and started working on the SD card again, deleting everything and just adding 1 song for test. It didn't like it so I had to think of what to do. I re-formatted the card to "Default settings" and added a few songs, making sure to "LOCK" the card. BINGO!!! It started working. I added everything to the card and made sure to lock it again, No problems from there on with it. The system is working perfect. The Sounds system sounds great, better than my Trailblazer that had the Bose system in it. The sub does POUND!!!
BIG NOTE: The ventilated Seats, there is a fan or something in there that is blowing air. I had the heated seats on for a little while and changed to ventilated. You could hear something that turned on and it cooled the seats down quickly.
Everything is what it should be. Thanks to Chevy/Marlon and everyone at JNAP that worked on my car. Thanks to Milous for the tracking of my vehicle (even though I was a pain for sometime wondering where it is). Thanks to Scott for putting this site together.
Now, here are some Pictures and I will post the videos as well. If you want me to video something or take pictures, or hell if you just have questions, let me know. I will try to post more pictures soon when I get some time and I clean it up. ENJOY it as much as I am!!
Note: I do have a Video uploading at the moment.
