Looks good, but touch-less washes use very harsh detergents which will strip the wax you apply to your paint. It also does not remove the dirt anywhere near as well as a hand wash. Just look at a white car that goes into a touch-less wash. It still has a film of dirt on it. You're going to end up rubbing that find dirt and film into your paint and swirl/scratch your clear coat.
If you don't have access to a hose I'd recommend Optimum No Rinse car wash. It works great and will not scratch your paint. Many pro detailers use this stuff. I use it since it's faster than using a hose.
Here is quick video of how to use it.
Then you can top it with optimum's spray wax every few washes. I don't work for optimum but I switched to their products awhile ago and have loved all their stuff.

+1 on the Optimum No Rinse. It is a great product. I use a waffle weave microfiber towel to dry the truck and blot with it rather than wipe. I am always amazed that the towel is clean when I do this. Very counter-intuitive but very effective!
