Did you not have to pull off your front bumper to swap out the grille? I've never had a truck before that required the entire removal of the front bumper to swap grilles but all the posts on here seem to lean that way.
How hard was it to remove your chrome mirror caps? That's next on my list.
Didn't the removal of the side trim leave behind holes?
Lastly, what is the Trim Stick stuff you mention to aid in removing the rear brow?
To remove the outer 7 slat grill, you don't need to remove the whole bumper. If you'd like to remove the mesh piece behind the grill, you do need to remove the whole bumper to get that out.
Mirror caps I haven't removed yet but there is removal/install instructions at justforjeeps.com. Look for the chrome caps and there are instructions on that page. I'll hopefully be pulling them off next Monday to drop them off for paint.
There are no holes under the chrome side trim, they are just attached with double sided tape.
The trim sticks I used are these. I picked mine up locally at Harbor Freight. They are non marring so you don't have to worry about them scratching up your paint or chipping anything. Amazon.com: Astro Pneumatic 4505 5-Piece Fastener and Molding Remover Set: Home Improvement
