Did you not have to pull off your front bumper to swap out the grille? I've never had a truck before that required the entire removal of the front bumper to swap grilles but all the posts on here seem to lean that way.

How hard was it to remove your chrome mirror caps? That's next on my list.

Didn't the removal of the side trim leave behind holes?

Lastly, what is the Trim Stick stuff you mention to aid in removing the rear brow?
To remove the outer 7 slat grill, you don't need to remove the whole bumper. If you'd like to remove the mesh piece behind the grill, you do need to remove the whole bumper to get that out.

Mirror caps I haven't removed yet but there is removal/install instructions at justforjeeps.com. Look for the chrome caps and there are instructions on that page. I'll hopefully be pulling them off next Monday to drop them off for paint.

There are no holes under the chrome side trim, they are just attached with double sided tape.

The trim sticks I used are these. I picked mine up locally at Harbor Freight. They are non marring so you don't have to worry about them scratching up your paint or chipping anything. Amazon.com: Astro Pneumatic 4505 5-Piece Fastener and Molding Remover Set: Home Improvement

Do you have any rubbing issues at all with the larger tire? What about when you put into Park height?

Re: Stone White GC Overland w/ some mods

No rubbing issues at all in any height. Discount tire checked it thoroughly prior to mounting all the tires and wheels. It gets close but only at park height with the wheel cranked full left or right.

Do your wheels have the same offset as OEM overland wheels or is it different?

They do not, the SRT reps are +35. OEM is +54.

Re: Stone White GC Overland w/ some mods

Awesome thanks. Sounds like I might be ordering some .75" spacers whenever I get some new tires. I've been looking at the same ones on discount tire and probably will be going with those pretty soon

Oh and do you have any pics looking straight down the side of your vehicle that shows where your tires are in relation to your fender?

This is probably as close as I have to what you are looking for

the tires are 285/50/20s which also make the tires stick out of the fenders a bit.

Re: Stone White GC Overland w/ some mods

Ok thanks. Setup looks great! After seeing your ride I think I'm gonna get the same tires put on my OEM 20s with some .75" spacers since you don't get any rubbing and that'll put my wheels out about the same as yours are, and I definitely like that discount tire price better than any I can find on terra grapplers

yah, that should look good. I have my OEM 20s on for the winter and the conservative offset looks funny compared the offset of the SRT reps. I may pick up some spacers also for the winter months when I have the OEMs on.

Had the mirror caps painted black. I think it looks pretty good.

crappy pic, had to stop by the dealership for a non-related issue and snapped a pic.
