Just took delivery of my 2012 Overland V6 yesterday evening. I know I havent even had this thing for a day, but it exceeds all of my expectations so far. One of the most gorgeous vehicles I have seen and go figure its just a Jeep. I already have my iPhone 4 paired up and streaming audio. The stereo sounds incredible and thats coming from a newer Acura owner with the ELS DVD audio. Here are a few pictures I took earlier. Its been a good week! Moved into our brand new house, and also took delivery of my Jeep Overland. Dont mind the temporary driveway and dirt yard, ashpalt plants and lanscaping starts back up for the season soon.
Enjoy the pics!

James

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. As of now my plans are to get the front windows tint matched to the OEM rear, I will be picking up the OEM slush mats and cargo mat today from the dealer I bought it from, and last but not least a clear bra.

Does anyone have any recommendation on clear bras? I have done a decent amount of research and was originally going to give it a shot myself since I do have a pretty good hand for details like this. The website invisible mask is where I was going to buy, but then I came across someones negative feedback on them. I also dont particularly want to spend almost a thousand bucks or whatever it is to get it done somewhere.

Just got the front two windows tinted to match the rears. Went to the same guy that does all my cars and it turned out perfect as always. I also installed my OEM Mopar rubber mats and cargo tray. Im glad I went with them they look and fit great.

Enjoy!

Great pics. I just ordered an Overland Summit in Mineral Grey. What % is that tint? My guess would be 20%. Looks like it matches great.

What are your local tint laws?

The closest match to the factory rear tint is 20% and thats exactly what it is. In IL you are allowed 35% on the front windows, but out in the far suburbs of Chicago where I live they dont seem to hassle much, especially now that 35% is allowed. So im not too worried that im a shade darker than the legal limit.

35% is the legal limit here in WV too. My charcoal grey Envoy has black leather and 20% on the front. With the darker color paint and interior it was pretty dark even during the day, was like limo tint at night. Got questioned about it only once in 5.5 years (during a speeding ticket :motx:) but for the most part it's overlooked around here.

With the lighter Mineral Grey and the lighter brown interior, it makes the 20% not seem as bad, but still blend nicely.

Yeah I was gonna say that I was confused from what one of the other guys said about recommending getting a chrome exhaust tip. Every Overland I have ever seen had nice looking stainless tips out back so I wasn't sure why he said do that. Thanks for confirming that.
