I bought my Limited back in December. The roads I drive the most were giving me buyers remorse over not getting the V8. So this week I traded for another Mineral Grey Limited with the Hemi.
I know that a lot of posters go away from the chrome, but I decided to embrace it and negotiated the polished 20's as part of the deal.
Well you know their Jeep is the greatest in the world and deserves full retail. Now my former greatest in the world is used and deserved wholesale..... so they thought.
I had 3,350 miles when I traded. I offered them $2500 with them swapping out the wheels and tires. It took three trips, but they took the deal.
I think what really did was they didn't have the Jeep, and the dealer that did wanted one of their SRT 300's.
They had a Black and Silver one. I had to ask though...so you just can't just take one for a test drive can you? The Salesman just looked at me and never said a word.
That's a cool pic, didn't think about doing that. Funny, if I hadn't of told anyone, being the same color I don't think anyone would have known I traded.
I'm in the same boat. Bought a 2011 v6. Not even a year later I traded it in for a new v8 overland summit. I got dinged on trade in. But I'm much happier now.
No. He meant that the dealer looked at his trade in as used and looked down at it and just a short time ago the same vehicle was new and dealer held it up as perfect.
