Re: "tron" 2014

Picked up the new Saris 2 bike rack myself. It's not bad for the price, but I'm sure there are better racks out there like yours or the 1upUsa units...overall not bad though. Integrated bike and hitch locks, no frame contact, lifetime warranty, and pretty solid so far. Finally some nice weather in New England to ride!

Here is a link to my sale they have more available http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=350981219598
That bike rack looks good! I've had my eyes on the KUAT for almost a year now. Stand up racks are definitely the way to go, I had previously purchased a Kuat Alpha 3 which held 3 but with the rubber strap downs. It worked well for a while but I needed something more efficient for 29ners and not to mention my downhill bike could never fit on the it.

Hey SiltSurfer,
One more question - are you still using the spacers even with the new spider monkey wheels? Just wondering because I love the look and I'm probably going to copy you. Lol. Thanks for all the info!

Re: "tron" 2014

I thought it was time to bring my Crossbars back to life. I cleaned them up and painted them Silver. Overall much happier with the fresh look as opposed to the black OEM look. My inspiration for this mod was this old Razr sitting in my garage! Also cleaned her up a bit & had a small photo opp

Thanks! You will not regret it, Jeep has come a long way and the new model series is right up the there behind Porsche and LandRover in terms of luxury, ride & capability 👍I've ordered the lowering kit for it recently from http://www.adjustableairride.com/mobile/ however it's been about two weeks and he still hasn't shipped it out, supposedly waiting on rubber bushings still.

I've received the adjustable links for my Overland QL suspension! I will be lowering the rear of the vehicle later this week, I will also try and see I they allow me to lift the Overland into ORA1 ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1407180231.564875.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1407180252.383960.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1407180270.516852.jpgheight.
