The project is definitely going Overland theme, and function. I enjoy it the most, and will be spending a lot of time over the next year traveling with it.

Re: Alludc's ... "less stinky than Skunkd's" Altitude build

I was looking at the silver mozambiques for my blinged out overland. Black rhino site was hard to navigate. I want 18 x 8.5 but then I select fitment to find out the offsets for my year model. Instead I am taken to a page showing 20 x 9 wheels and none of them are Mozambiques. Where did you buy yours? Would like offset enough to just stay tucked.
Tire wise, I want to stay stock height to keep the little bit of low end grunt I have with the 3.6, but would like to go wider. Any suggestions for size? Your Atturo seem to have the perfect tread for my area. Mostly loose mountain climbs. I try to drive around the mud. Been there and spent that.
Love the looks of your rig.

I got mine directly from them, but you can call over to my buddy at Discount Tire Direct and he will take care of you the best. tom.taylor@discounttire.com Ive sent a bunch of people his way for these. 18x8.5 +31 should be what you end up with. These wheels are rotary forged, and lighter than stock...so feel free to bump up that tire size/weight without worry of loss of power.

More lift?! I thought you advised against >3" due to CV angle?

Re: Wk2project.com 2015 Off-road lifted Overland build thread

Very cool build. You've given me a lot of ideas for my own 2014 GC Limited. Also going with an overland theme, lift, tires, armor, etc.

Currently looking at stuffing 285/70/R17 tires on Wrangler 17" wheels under the wells, after a 2" OME lift. It's a little less than 33" and a little narrower than yours. With 1.25" wheel spacers I think I might have the room for them, could go to 1.5" too.

Great thread though, read the whole thing so far, looking forward to more!
