So the air suspension does raise the belly a couple inches, it also gives your wheels more room to articulate.
So does the RRO lift actually provide 2.5" of increased "belly" clearance?

Without any other weight changes, yes, it should. It pushes the coil top mount 2.5" lower than stock thus the coil, which is what holds up the weight of the vehicle, keeps the vehicle that much higher off the ground. There are however, other pros and cons for a spacer lift vs a coil lift. Without getting longer shocks it will also limit the wheel down travel by the same amount.

Alludc,

Enjoyed this thread and your build. I'm not much of a 4x4 guy myself, but like the taste in mods.

I'm also in Scottsdale. If you're close to DT HQ I may have to stop by one of these days and check it out, I'm pretty close.

This thing is a very bad ass build I deff like the lift and wheel tire combo. I've been reading thru this I seen where you had the rim diameter and width plus the +30 offset and I want that stance it sits perfectly with the fenders. Just want to make sure you don't have any spacers or anything on top of that before I order my wheels ? If you could let me know I'd greatly appreciate it. I plan to do 20" RDR wheels and 275/55r20 nitto terra grapplers little less tire than yours but should be a good set up with the RRO 2.5" with the upper arms and everything. P.M. me if you could that would be awesome I'll start a build thread when I get all my pieces in order.

Jeep looks great man! I just got myself an White Limited and yours is by far the best looking white one I've seen.

Do you see yourself having any warranty issues with all the mods you've done?

I would like to at least do the RRO lift but I'm scared to have any warranty issue down the road.

Jeep is usually pretty good about that. Of course, any components replaced or directly impacted by modifications are no longer covered. So if you lift and a cv axle goes out, Jeep won't replace it. But if you lift and your engine develops problems it shouldn't matter.

Re: Wk2project.com 2015 Off-road lifted Overland build thread

I supply alot of dealerships near me and I personally just bought a 2014 Hemi wk2. I bought it with that maximum care lifetime bumper 2 bumper warranty thru them. I'm real close with alot of them down there and they tell me that as long as i dont exceed a 3" lift they will cover everything minus my lift parts. I wanted more specifics he said anything on it still made by jeep is covered as in shafts and bearings not the new upper arms shocks and struts.

Re: Wk2project.com 2015 Off-road lifted Overland build thread

Got my ANZO Garage LED lights the other day. ANZO LIGHTS

packaging was great, HUGE box lots of protection. Install was straight forward. At least as straight forward as you can get while taking off teh front bumper.

the units themselves are very nice, black internal housing, and the straight LED (not angled bottom like OEM). thats my favorite part.

were well sealed from my eye..but added some silicon around the edges to make sure of it.

Take a look....
