HID kit problem 2015 Altitude

Jeep fam.. I'm new to this forum so not sure how this works but I need help. I recently got a 2015 grand Cherokee altitude and decided to get HID's installed. Brought it over to the custom body shop and they installed them. As soon as I left I realized they weren't working correctly (shutting off and coming on randomly) I told him about it he called his lighting rep and the rep says they have to install relays with it. I bring it back they install the relays and everything was working fine for a short while.. Once and a while one light would go out but come back on and be fine. Friday one of the headlights went out and wouldn't come back on so I brought it back and they took everything apart realized the bulb was burnt out.. Swapped out the bulb and I left with everything working. The very next day (yesterday) both headlights are now not working and will not come back on at all. The guy I've been dealing with says we are going to take my car back to where he originally got the HID's and see if they can figure it out. Sounds silly but it has to be the most frustrating thing having your headlights not work properly. Anyone else run into this problem or have any suggestions would be great. Please help.

Thanks.

Honestly man, they probably used the cheapest made HID headlights possible. If I were you go buy from either a vendor on here or someone like "the retro fit source". Cheap HIDs in a new ride like yours could really effect the electronics. Good HIDs should run you in the $150-$200. Ballasts alone are $120.

You need a cancellor. They draw to much power and the pc turns one off usually. Well in my experience

Yea I think I figured it out.. It wasn't that they were cheap ones at all I paid a lot but it needed to be wired with the relays and the cancellors together. I only brought it back probably 5 times to get that figured out but they are good now. Just have to do the same wiring set up to the fogs now cause they are still doing it but it works fine now. Thanks for the help gents. Now if u could only figure out how to make my profile picture a pic of my whip lol. I have trouble figuring out this website for some reason

I just bought two HID kits for my 2015 Altitude as well, for low beam and fog lights. The kits came with two bulbs each and two 35W slim ballasts each. Where did you get your relay harness and cancellors? Also, did you need 4 total relay harnesses and 4 total cancellors for the 2 low beam and 2 fog lights? Thanks!

You will need a Canbus fix and relay harness for each light on the low beam and fogs.

You would need to get two of the Mopar HID wire harness kits.
