Hello everybody, I am looking into opening a 100 acre multi terrain site within 90 minutes of Boston with an average entrance price of $25 per veichle, looking for feedback to see if there is an interest out there.
Can you give some description of what you actually have in mind. Will this be just a place to drive off-road or will there be some aggressive trails requiring some guidance through the rough spots?
If Martin Luther King had said "I have a dream", and stopped right there, he wouldn't have made much of an impression.
Sorry for the late reply , but with the terrain it is unknown at this time because trying to acquire the land and talking with the state to allow a park is a problem right now.
I'm sure you would have interest from Jeeps and others. If your park is 90 minutes west of Boston, that puts it in the center of MA and I'm less than 100 miles from Springfield.
If there is mild-to-wild I might be interested. Especially if it is in central/western MA.
I'm not gonna flip my $50K Overland into a ditch, but a little fun would be cool.. and of course the serious off-roaders would laugh at the 'mild' part of the deal..
Last year at Carlisle, I was the ONLY participant in the Grand Cherokee class to take my rig out on the (very mild) Rausch course.. so while I'm a wimp, I'm not a TOTAL wimp.
