I'm sure you've done a search for Jeep clubs in the Catskills and Adirondacks. I believe there is an off-road park in the Catskills and have seen newspaper ads for Jeep off-road outings in the Adirondacks in the past. I do not pay too much attention as I feel these 2 areas, IMO, require a winch ... especially the Adirondacks with which I am more familiar.
However, I am more than willing to ride shotgun for someone with a properly outfitted Jeep!
