I will have to second (or third or fourth by now LOL ) this. Me personally I have bought 4 jeeps from Chris since end of 2012 and have referred a lot of friends. Has always taken care of me and earned by business for as long as he is in the business.

The new Fields in Glenview gets my vote. They gave me employee pricing last October. I have also bought from Ziegler and Marino. They were good.......but not as good as Fields.

Re: best chicagoland dealer?

We purchased ours from Marino, who were helpful but at times I felt like they were a little pushy. It wasn't the most pleasant car buying experience (few are), but they did give us a good deal, I did not feel at any point like we were being hustled, and our salesperson (I feel horrible for forgetting his name) was a genuine great guy. Decent facilities. They had a loaner for me once when I had to drop off the car for some repairs.

Whatever you do, avoid at least the Service Department at River Front CJD in Aurora, IL. See my separate review thread in this forum.

Mike Siddiqui @ Napleton Arlington Heights.
Smoothest transaction I've ever had buying my dads Wrangler.
Tell him Eric from the Dirty Delta's sent you but do you homework on pricing before you call him.

Re: best chicagoland dealer?

FYI - I went into the Downers Grove location with a TrueCar price quote and confirmation from the dealer and was told that they would not honor it. I would have saved about $5600. I should have walked away, but I wanted one badly enough that I paid $1k less than sticker.

Since I lived in the Naperville area, I went there for service until I began missing some Billet Tech underhood pieces. The oil cap went missing after an oil change and the power steering cap went missing when I had them look at my steering wheel for a squeaky noise. They replaced the two pieces for me after I made a big fuss and the Service Manager even made a great deal of effort saying he would be sure to take care of me in the future. Unfortunately their Service Advisor's were slacking to say the least.

Now I take it to Downers Grove for service. While I can stand in front of an advisor for 5-10 minutes and not be acknowledged some times, at least they call their customers back and are more courteous.

Sadly, I don't see the same quality of service as I did for my C63 AMG. I was spoiled at Mercedes. Similar price vehicles, two ends of the spectrum for service treatment. Heck, I can't even get a loaner car with Jeep.

Unless I buy the Hellcat Jeep, I will most likely not buy Jeep again.

Re: best chicagoland dealer?

I've bought a few cars from Marino and a good experience each time. I went to the new Fields in Glenview and their parking lot sucks. The inside of the dealer is nice, but good luck trying to find somewhere to park.
Larry Roesch was alright way back when I bought my dad a Jeep but since then I can't say I feel as comfortable there.

Too many mods to list for each, so let's just say a lot was done over the years.

Lol, the parking is better than the old location by the highway...your right though..it does lack compared to most.
I always park by the front door blocking the new cars..
They have never said not to
