DFW Service/Off Road Locations

Hey everyone! I live in the DFW metroplex. I have a 2014 Summit. Love the Jeep!! I'm looking for advice on two things:

1) Do any of you have any advice on dealerships for factory service? My Jeep is still under warranty, but I haven't been too happy with the dealership in Denton. Any good experiences at other dealers?

2) Do any of you have any good locations for moderate off-roading? I know I have a Summit and it's a stock model so I'm not looking for anything crazy. I'd just like to find a (legal) place to take the Jeep out for a little fun. Not looking to go rock crawling.

Re: DFW Service/Off Road Locations

I've only taken my TJ to Huffines in Lewisville, and it wasn't the best experience. Unless you get someone who understands the passion of the Jeep owner, the experience is going to be less then stellar.

Legal wheeling, with easier trails, head out to Gilmer to the Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area. Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area They have a mix of stuff, but its been a few years since I've been out there. I can't think of any legal areas around DFW, maybe tolerated, but not legal.

Bridgeport and also Tolar, south of ft worth have legal trails.

For more info, go to city of Bridgeport web site, and also Google rock trails of Tolar.
