Entry-Level Trail for Stock Grand Cherokee?

I recently purchased a 2012 GC Overland with the Off-Road package. This is my first Jeep and I've never done any off-roading. Are there any trails near Seattle that are appropriate for a beginner on stock tires? I don't want to risk damaging my vehicle, and I might even bring my 3 year old son with me in a car seat, so I'm not looking for anything too adventurous (maybe that will come later).

The only road I've been to in the area is FS56 leading to the Middle Fork campground (off exit 34 of I90). I wouldn't even consider it off-road though, as it was hard packed dirt and easily drivable in a Camry (in fact I saw several FWD passenger cars on the road). Ideally I could find something that's a bit less traveled and offers great scenery.

I would head up exit 38, there are some great rides up there. If I wasn't going to lowering my ride etc..Id meet up with you one day. But I gotta stay away from that lol I will destroy my rig! But yes up 38 and go until you get to the wash out. Look for side trails all over to the left. They are all do able. I did it when I 1st got my gc!

I've been up 38. There is also Tinkham Road in the snow. Just past Granite Falls, up Mount Pilchuck, there is a side 4x4 trail/road. Also, I think Reiter will be opening again soon.
