), the unfortunate guy wanted to rant not because the vehicle was bad, but because his dealership's service and performance was pretty terrible.
Made me think, I bought mine in San Jose at Stevens Creek Jeep one year ago and so far I've been pretty happy with them, even though my JGC has had some bugs that needed to be fixed.
Does anyone else have direct experience (sales or service or parts) with Stevens Creek Jeep that cares to share here?
I had the P20EE code trip and several trips to the dealership. For most of the 15 total days in the shop, Stevens Creek Jeep sprung for an Enterprise rental. Four trips to the shop, yeah an inconvenience, but the dealership owned the problem and worked with me to resolve it.
I'm going back at the end of the week: my FCW/ACC front radar is randomly alarming.
Still, I love this rig and it is the perfect expedition rig & daily driver for me and SWMBO! And internet forums are places where people love to rant, but I thought I'd say something nice about my dealership who has treated me very well. I hope others also are happy with their service.
