A Sneak Peak at Superchips new in cabin programmer

Here is an exclusive sneak peek at Superchips next generation in cabin tuning product the VIVID being shown for the first time at SEMA this week. The VIVID is an android based product that offers a wide variety of apps and options. Look for its release around February of 2011.

For those who already own an android based device Superchips will be offering the “AVID” a Bluetooth Dongle that provides the link between those Android based products and the Superchips VIVID tuning app.

Plans are to release AVID in Summer 2011.

Re: A Sneak Peak at Superchips new in cabin programmer

The way the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep files are in size we were unable to offer a multi vin in our current product line. At this point I am not privy to that info to give an honest answer on if the Archos has the memory to support such an option or not.

Personally, I am hopefully there is enough room so that we can offer that option in that product.

I will inquire and get back to everyone once the info is offered to me.

Wondering if it suits RHD "WH" model?

Diablo's had issues with obtaining a usable VIN......

Ditto^^^^ Is it still being released this month? I was going to get a flashpaq but this looks like a lot better, and worth the investment in my opinion.

A first quarter release is all I have been given regarding the product timeline. I am hoping for more details soon to help narrow that info down for everyone waiting.

Re: A Sneak Peak at Superchips new in cabin programmer

Will it be a can tune or will it be able to have custom tuning options? I hope it will also have better connections and full control compared to my SCT tuner which is great for custom tunes but none of the other options work like data logging, tranjs control, or hell anything other than just engine control and half of that is piss poor unlike the Ford/Chevy variants.

Re: A Sneak Peak at Superchips new in cabin programmer

Canned tunes will be loaded in from the factory but the unit is expandable for custom tunes if management opens that door.
