Looking for Door Molding Options. Does anyone know of a company currently making Door Moldings with SRT on them?

Re: Door Molding Options

Someone just posted pics the other day with black moldings with chrome srt emblems. I'll see if I can find it.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but here you go...

if that's what your looking for it's an extremely cheap mod, just buy dodge neon srt4 trunk emblem, drop the "4" and place them on your painted & shaved lower moldings

Re: Door Molding Options

the moldings you need are the 07 and up laredo door moldings. They are a little over $100 brand new. You sand the "grand cherokee" script off of them and then have them painted to match your Jeep by a pro body shop. The SRt emblems are then applied on the painted moldings.

Re: Door Molding Options

I have the painted Laredo moldings on mine but I've been playing around with trying to partially "inlay" the "SRT" from the SRT-10 truck into a set. I had the "SRT" from the SRT-4 on the back of my Jeep but I swapped it for the "SRT" from the SRT-10 because I like it's "weight". Unfortunately, the SRT-10 emblem is just a little too tall to fit the flat area of the molding without some work but I think it will look better than the SRT-4 if it is done right.

"SRT" from an SRT-10

"SRT" from an SRT-4

Re: Door Molding Options

The SRT-10 badge is nice....that's what I have on the rear hatch. I run the SRT-4 one on the moldings.

Re: Door Molding Options

Nice look Dan!

I've bought the SRT-4 emblems, next is the moldings then to find a good shop to paint them locally. I do that alot, buy up pieces for a mod I'm planning to do just so I don't forget to do it!

Re: Door Molding Options

I have cut a matt black Vinyl SRT Logo to a length of 2.5cm ( in height ). it sits in the middle of the molding with 0.5cm clearance above and below no srt4, 6, 8 or what ever sizes here for me :P , and i like how vinyl sits flush with the paint work ... the crappy cell pics as usual ...
