Re: Next project!!!

Here are some pics of idea's I was thinking about.

A nice thin wing that is spaced away from the rear hatch similar to this one (but flush with the roof line). More like the Porsche one.

Maybe direct airflow by having a gap in between the rear and the wing something like this.

If you want to incorporate a large LED 3rd brake light into it here are some ideas below.

CR-V '97 LED 3rd Brake Light S$70
Part Number 34270-SW3-J00

Wings West would also have a large assortment of 3rd LED brake lights.

Re: Next project!!!

I'm going for a look like this.

And YES !!!! I agree i am making a gap like this but smaller with some raised parts to catch air like a rear air diffuser directing air downward across the glass you can see an example on the ass of the Porsche it has two diffusers on the outer edges. It will also be cut like the Porsche's wing around the break light.

Thanks for the help
It's looking like I'm on the right track. At least to your liking LOL.

Re: Next project!!!

It looks promising. It helps to visualize the look you are after and I believe you are heading in the right direction.

Did I mention that your hood is growing on me?!? hahaha

I'm starting to be able to better visualize how the hood would look on my rig........
