Nothing too exciting to show, just that I'm excited to have this one

Really, really nice.
We were originally looking to buy a used (2012-2013) Overland in gray. The prices they wanted out here for the used Overlands were not much less than the new Altitudes (after negotiating down from sticker), and I couldn't find any locally with low-ish miles. Test drove a 2012 but my did not like how the speedo & tach were set deep into the dash bezels. It made it difficult to see during the day.

We've been VERY happy with our decision to buy new though

Thanks! Yeah, if there's not much of a price difference you may as well buy new. At least that way you're avoiding the potential of buying someone else's problem.

There's nothing wrong with the Altitude... it looks sharp!

Primarily it's trim level. In low to high order it would be Laredo, Limited, Overland and Summit. The SRT is a performance animal of it's own.

From wk2jeeps.com...

The 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude is based on the Laredo model and is available as a 4x2 or 4x4. The standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine produces 290 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, and is mated to an all-new eight-speed automatic transmission, delivering up to 25 miles per gallon highway.

Special exterior design cues include gloss black bezel inserts for the front grille, fog lamp bezels, lower front fascia applique, badging, rear step pad surround and 20-inch five-spoke aluminum wheels. Other unique exterior changes include halogen headlamps with black bezels, grey satin gloss tail lamp bezels, platinum chrome grille texture, bright dual exhaust tips, lower body-color fascias, wheel flares and side cladding, a body color antenna and an SRT-style roof rail.

The interior features black Capri leather seats with perforated suede inserts and black stitching, a leather wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, and standard 8.4-inch Uconnect touch screen. The Security and Convenience Group is also standard and includes remote start, auto-dimming rear view mirror, security alarm, 115 volt outlet, universal garage door opener, cargo cover, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, and power liftgate.

Congrats man! Looks like we have similar taste. Picked up my 2015 Granite Altitude the Friday before Thanksgiving and couldn't be any happier with everything! Although my gf laughs because I bitch about the one option it's missing.. the CD player. I'm a little old school I guess. Anyways, happy for y'all! You'll love it!

I know, I have started to rip my CDs onto a stick.

My salesman told me that Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge will be phasing out CD players all together and not even offer them as options in the next couple of years.
