Well in all honesty, I couldn't believe when I was looking into lift kits years ago when I bought mine that SL was the best thing out there for us. Until then I would have NEVER bought a SL for my Jeep. In the off road world they are not that great. To me they were always one of the lift companies that you would only see on street queens and bro trucks, all show and no go! I am never a fan of relocation brackets over instead of new HD components.

Yes! That would be awesome! Actually my buddy works at 4WheelParts (the new owner of RE) and he has been wanting to hook me up with rear upper and lower control arms that are adjustable with flex joints. Once I get this lift dialed in a little more I will be taking him up on it and getting longer shocks to make the rear really perform! I love RE!!!

Went out for a lil sesh today w my buddy who has an 07 FJ and a 72 Bronco. The sesh was cut short due to the following...

Whoops :eek:hsnap:

Hook up to the Surfer to try n flip it over and get it off the trail...

After yanking it around, we finally got it to a point where we could just push it over and it rolled onto its wheels again. (I've got some GoPro footage I'm currently working on...)

Yankin it the rest of the way and then using the wench to get it out the rest of the way

Bam

Not too much damage. She started up and we got her outta the trail, and then towed it to the street where it got picked up by a flatbed! No one got hurt, and it was a pretty fun experience! Gotta go back soon! :D

I did get some other GoPro footage that I'm gonna upload. It's not much, but it works! Currently editing... haha

Word, that's awesome, I'd love to wheel out there...no trees! Out here, lots of trails narrow down to four-wheeler trails once you get deep into them and you are dragging branches on both sides....that, I don't enjoy.

that was awesome.. and major bummer about flipping the bronco.

Totally! But no one got hurt and it wasn't that bad

I was hoping you got the roll on video. That second roll where they got it back on it's wheel was pretty sweet though! Have you tried that hill yet?
Me too, so bummed I didn't!! I did that hill once and it scared the shit outta me so I wont do it again till im SL :D

Roll on man!
Lol yup!

Interesting that you could see the rear door gap open up a few times on the bigger bumps.
Hahaha ya he just finished the drive train and hadnt started on the body. Looks like hell have lil more to finish now! haha
