Its all looking good bro. Let me know how them lines work out. I got a set at home and I would like to know how much of an improvement they make.

For sure. Also got my AC port cap fitted. Had to grind quite a bit off to get it to seat all the way down without it hitting the tube. I wish BT would just make one that fits our jeeps so I wouldn't have to make it work lol. But it looks better than the stock black cap and it matches the rest of my stuff.

Got screwed on my end links
So I ordered these links off a guy on ebay (he had 100% positive feedback) and he told me these links were the BWoody links and in the picture you could tell they were. He also stated they were new and that he sold his jeep and no longer needed them. So I got them for $125 and figured I would have them powder coated red. After a week of waiting I finally received them and opened the box and could instantly tell these were not correct. First thing I could tell was that the welds were completely different, second the colors didn't match from the photo, and lastly the bolts he provided to me were not the same ones as in the photo. So he is refunding my money and I'm shipping these back. Emailed Mike at BWoody the photos and he confirmed they are not their parts. So once I get the refund I will be purchasing REAL BWoody endlinks lol

First pic on the left is the one from his ad. Second pic on the right is how I got them.

On a good note, I got my new BT waterneck and 180tstat on. Have some trimming to do on the fan shroud to get the 1 piece rad hose to fit and I will be doing that today after work. Another bad note lol, started the tear down for my new mid pipes and I broke one bolts that thread into the manifold. So I will also be dealing with that today and replacing all the bolts with grade 8 stainless steel one.

yeah them mid pipe bolts to manifolds are weak stuff. I snapped 3 of the 4. luckily jba provided grade 5's as a replacement :screwy:. they were temporary and are part of the reason I have a bad o2. the grade 5's on the passenger side gave out and that side of the mid dropped a few inches causing flames to go over the wires to that sensor. This happened going down the road, and luckily a was already heading to autozone for something else. so I picked up grade 8's. they are still up there 2 years later

Had a little bit of time today. The cubby to the left of the steering wheel never gets used because its to small for even my iphone, so I decided to get this switch mount to take its place. I will wire them up for my grille leds, maybe a nitrous arming switch in the future  , an extra switch for whatever, and left one open for when I get my electric cutouts. I think it looks pretty good

Got the trans cross member off last night (trans supported with a jack now) just 1 bolt left and the mids will be out. Need a longer 16mm wrench to get the top bolt loose on the hanger. Once I get that loose they will slide out and I can start working on getting the broken bolt out of the manifold. My new bolts should be here tomorrow so if all goes well with getting the bolt out, I will have my new mids in this weekend for sure. I will post up a before and after video of the exhaust.

I should have warned you of that. I broke 3 of them bolts. Luckily I was ditching the logs anyways. My headers came with new ones.

The only way the bolt is coming out is out the back side of the flange. Bolt out kits only draw the bolts out if Im correct. Ill think of something tonight and give it a try tomorrow before I start drilling
If you can reach it from up top a bolt out should work.

Little update. Got the broken bolt out by drilling bigger and bigger until the drill bit grabbed the bolt and drove it out the back side. Went to mount the new mids and the driver side flange is on the wrong angle so they wont work. Was pretty pissed last night so I gave up trying and called it a night. Will try and see if I can make them work before sending them back. If you look in the photo you can see the driver side flanges are different from new to old.

dang bro that sucks, but I think its fixable. a decent exhaust shop should be able to flip it 180 deg the other way so it matches up. flange looks backwards.

deff a sound improvement, and you should notice a power boost from it. That stock mid pipe is multi layered and your now getting better resonance from the single layer pipe. it may be a touch louder inside the truck.

yeah, even on mine it made a diff. and my mids are home made lol.

if you haven't checked it out yet, I finished the first of 2 drawings for greenwayer on my drawing thread
