You can see in this side shot which I took the day after installing, that the front actually sits slightly higher than the rear which looks fuc**ng stupid! I cant stand it and so far is one of the worst things Iv done. If it doesn't drop at all in the near future I'm pulling them out.

I know you can swap the front and rear window sill trims to chrome. But the rear cargo windows would have to be completely replaced.

switched to RGB a few weeks ago

Only downside is you can see the individual bulbs even with a plastic cover ring over it. It's not that big of a deal but bothers me.

hey justin, where in the firewall did you wire your led in the grill?

#784 ·
Dave I actually have it running thru the door jam. The whole entire length of the wire is in shrink wrap (was a ******g bit** lol) so you can't even see it. I'll snap a photo tomorrow. Also Dave, sent the package your way, ill pm you the tracking number tomorrow

Alright guys, need your opinions. I have two mods in mind right now, need to pick which one to do first. Custom headlights (doing myself) and my cam setup. If I do the headlights I might have them in this year before I put her away for storage. If I do the cam, it wont be until spring when I do it because I'm waiting till my warranty expires. So do I either start buying all my pieces for my cam now, or push that off to a summer install and do my headlights now?

Well in my op. Bro, work both if possible. While you work the lights you can be getting the parts to do the cam next spring. By that ime you'd have the lights done. Ive worked at one point 3 projects at the same time

So here an update on the cam situation. Did some talking with Luke (guy doing my install) and he suggests a pwr cam (228/232 114 lsa) with pwr ported heads. So I will be getting all of this installed this spring :D Also just picked up a set of QTP electric cutouts, its going to be very very loud with my high flow cats hehehehe plus when the cam is in... mmm shes going to sound and run mean as fuc*

Nice! Like I said cams and heads should be together. How much did those electric cutouts cost you? I've been thinking of doing them too, except I have long tubes and no cats at all so it's gonna be hella loud.
