That's a sweet GN. Pete Chacon makes that shirt as well as others that are really sweet. Here is my newest project getting real close to hitting the track for its debut.

A little video... My camera doesn't have the best sound device. This was right after cam break in and before the new carb was installed hence the blue smoke.

Re: More Pics... This Time, Not A Jeep... Here's My '86 Buick Grand National

Thanks a LOT for all the kind words & compliments, everybody! I REALLY appreciate it.

This has been the most fun I've had with a vehicle yet. I've wanted one since I was a kid. It took 20+ years later, but it finally happened.

BUBBADOG, I am really not sure what I would ask for the car. It would probably take a ridiculously stupid amount to talk me out of it right now.

Chuck, prices vary depending on condition. The 86-87 cars are said to be the most desirable due to the intercooled turbo. I've seen low-mileage, stock cars bring $25-30k. If you look at a real GNX (only 547 built), those go for $80k-ish for low-mileage cars.

Damn, Denny boy... What a sad ending to a story.

BignastyGS, looooove that GS of yours. That thing is a BEAST!

Yep, Pete was the guy who did those shirts. He does some killer artwork and the shirts turned out GREAT!

I take it you don't like to drive slow... LMAO But I didn't know what a grand national was till I was 21. I'm going to keep it short but whatever manhood I did have went out the window. LMAO

LOL! Nah, I am not much into slow driving.

Ah, nothing like feeling that Turbo 6 for the first time, huh. I still remember when I first felt it. I was maybe 13 or 14 and got to spend some time behind the wheel with a brand new one. When I heard the "whoooosh" and felt the turbo, all I could do was grin my ass of. I became addicted then.
