It is easy to apply, just need to make sure u don't leave any high spots. Apply then wait 5mins or so and then inspect to see if opticoat has flashed.

Prep work is very important though, u need to ensure paint is ready and wiped down with alcohol then apply opticoat. Otherwise ur just sealing contaminants and paint imperfections under it.
