Re: NHarris's WJ Build Thread

Just some bragging rights here...
Hell's Revenge (led a group of Fords with bigger lifts; great group though!) Sorry for the dust on the pic; lens got a little dirty with days of wheeling

And me with my Jeep on the infamous Top of the World shot

Re: NHarris's WJ Build Thread

With the front springs finally settling came the ugly factory rake... The rear looked lifted but the front didn't... Put my leveling kit on a little while back. My good camera is in repair so I only have my not so great camera phone...

And all last evening/night I guess my Jeep's wheel well had enough room to become home to a pigeon...

Re: NHarris's WJ Build Thread

Well my good luck ran out today... Was up in the mountains going about 65 (which is the speed limit for the area) and had to slow down to 45 for a turn. I went to hit the brakes and the Jeep just wouldn't stop. I have brand new pads and rotors on the front and i'm puzzled why it didn't stop... Anyway I ended up launching the jeep off a 20ish foot embankment. It held up well and I drove it right back up. The body got pushed in on the bottom corner and the fender got a little damage... A few minutes with the hammer and dolly I have it back to somewhat normality.

Re: NHarris's WJ Build Thread

Well after finally ruining all 4 shocks in 6ish months... I decided to go with nothing but the best... BILSTEIN! Ride quality is amazing and i know these will last unlike those cheap ones.
