I was bugging out at first because before from center to left or right was a good 1.75 turns and after was about .75 turns. Adjusted toe some and realized that the caster and camber being as far out as it was affected quite a bit of it. After alignment it only ended losing about. 25-.50 of a turn. The knuckles are designed to keep the tire away from the unibody as much as possible. If it bugs me enough I my lop off a bit of the stop on the control arm, but as of now it's barely noticeable. I did contact SL about this and they said it's supposed to be like that for bigger tire clearance.

Also I've read on a couple people's SL builds and noticed it on mine with the JBA uppers your tie rods are going to be maxed out all the way in on the threads. My buddy almost thought he was going to have to tap more threads on the rod. Luckily he was able to do the fine tuning via the rear control arm adjustments.

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

I see! I remembered reading about Trialbyfire having issues with that on his SL using the JBA UCAs and Pintlers. I wonder if the HM arms will be any different? I guess I will see eventually

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

lol so essentially if i wanted to put on an OME lift i could AND still use my RC lift? hmmmm... i would probably just have to replace the struts with the OME shocks/struts... anything else?

I wouldn't attach the OME on top of the RC up front, would end up way tall. To do it right you would need OME HD springs, strut spacers, a rear puck cut down to 1.5", an adjustable trac bar to center the rear axle, longer rear sway bar links, and some JBA UCA 's, as well as longer shocks and front struts.
