What was the offset of the wheels that rubbed?
Here is the amount of gap I have at the pinch as of now. Could you take the same pic of your for me?
Thanks, and pardon my shine. I like to ride ghetto fabulous sometimes.

Not seeing a pic bud. The new wheels were 4.5" BS with a 0mm offset. They were maybe. 1/4" away from the flattened pinch weld. I knew when wheeling if turned and hit a bump it would make contact. You Saverge wheels have a JK offset don't they? Believe that's a 4.7" BS and +10mm offset. You should be just about right.

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

Also check your pinch weld clearance at full stuff. The tire gets closer the higher it stuffs. Don't be afraid to whip out the BFH!!!

Only spot I've left to check is the rear fenders at full tuck. The 4" SL bumpstops should help with that .

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

Took the mandatory gas station shots tonight. Sorry for the crappy lighting draw. Also installed the rear 1.5" spacers. I may cut a 1/2" off them though.

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

THAT IS BIG! I remember when i first got on the JG the biggest WKs around were that guy from JU who had the black one with Walker evans bead locks and an ARB bumper or the 4xguard wk.

The only thing i can stand about the bigger lifted WKs is how the rear axle moves so far forward. I know as the suspension works it swings back in to the wheel well but it looks so out of place being so far forward.

BTW did you ever sell your painted side skirts?
