EDIT:

I got bored today. I have a spare setup ready to go. I will post up a pic once the paint drys. I usually use a full size 2" x2" 2x" piece of Angle Iron steel or Aluminum but because the SRT wheels are not a deep dish wheel i used a piece of steel and made it as low profile as i could so it should not hit the face of the wheel at all.

Here you go These are all the parts you get. The hardest part of the install is finding a place to put it. My thought after making this today was that you could remove the lid to the rear cargo area cover, then drill a hole either center or off center and mount the bracket to that. Then put in the bent rod feed through the center cap hole and use the half round and the wing nut and you should be all set. I think the clips that hold the rear cargo lid in place should be strong enough that in the event of a collision it will hold firm.

if not you can off set the spare to either side and mount the bracket to the side of the lid if the bolt will still reach the wheel center. I am going to include a slightly different bolt as well that has a bend to it that might work better for you. I will post a pic of that bolt later. Which ever bolt you dont use please return to me.

Here are the bolts side by side. You will get one of each bolt. The angeled bolt works great for areas where the center of the wheel is off center from the bracket. If either bolt is not long enough you can choose to not use the half round ball and use a washer and the wing nut or use a lug hole and not the center of the wheel.
