R1's Installed and a Detail

Well yesterday I went over to NX-1 to have Mario do a nice wash, claybar, polish, and wax of the SRT. I also have the engine bay detailed. Thanks Mario! Then today I went back to have my R1 rotors and Stoptech pads installed by Leigh (Magnumman426). Which by the way he did a GREAT job and I recommend him for any maintenance needs for your Jeep! Thanks Leigh!

Anyways here are some pics!

^Mario at work!

^"Thor" posing for a pic. hahaha

He had to use the hammer to get the old rotor off.

^Mario said "only microfibers touch the rotors" LOL

^Leigh presenting the rotor. Please forgive him, at this point the brake cleaner fumes filled up the garage and he lost a few brain cells.

Again thanks guys for all your help!

Early impressions are that the bite is just as good as stock and moderately less dust.

Thanks Chuck!

Re: R1's Installed and a Detail

So purty! That's the same rotors and pads we just put on. Hubs had to beat the crap out of that very same rotor to get it off! LOL! I remember it well, lots of bad words involved, kept the youngster inside for that wheel!

LOL!

Thanks Debbie!

Yeah these stoptechs are awesome! Love em so far!

And I went with dimpled instead of drilled b/c I was scared of cracking of the rotors especially with the way I drive. LMAO
