Re: Richie's Supercharged 4.7HO

I have to completely redo my entire fuel system. It's just not capable enough to habdle what I am trying to accomplish. I will have some injectors and maybe a walbro 255 pump for sale shortly if anyone is in need.

I thought at one point sean said that u would need bigger injectors and a better fuel pump that u would be making way more power than your current set up will allow ?? what are your thoughts on the direction u plan on going??

Re: Richie's Supercharged 4.7HO

Looking at an Aeromotive A1000 or higher racing fuel pump and regulator with billet fuel rails, 60# fuel injectors (or larger) and all new plumbing from tank to motor and making it a return system that goes back to the fuel tank.

Stock fuel systems are returnless.

Re: Richie's Supercharged 4.7HO

maybe you should try an aftermarket engine management system. what are your takes on the MegaSquirt, F.A.S.T., or Big Stuff 3 engine management systems??.... we use the Big Stuff 3 on our Project Sick Seconds Camaro.. its well over 2000 HP, so itll supply you with what you need.... not sure on what you're trying to do, but with the race pak, and MSD system, we can tune the fuel, spark, and air to each individual cylinder if need be...

LOL 2000HP, I wish. I wont be that wild yet. SCT can do what I need as long as I get some good info to Sean. I had an Edelbrock Pro Flo on my 67 Chevy that I cold do everything on the fly. Not idividual cylinders for fueling so it wasn't that elaborate. I like the Megasquirt and F.A.S.T stuff, They are great awhen they are needed. I don't know anything about Big Stuff. It's coil on plug ignition, so it's pretty good stock, unfortuneately if it gets to a point to where it isn't sufficient i'll have to see what option I have. I don't know what's out there to replace coil on plug systems.

Re: Richie's Supercharged 4.7HO

I bought the bulk of my new fuel system.
1: Aeromotive Eliminator pump. Good for 1,400HP forced induction
2: Aeromotive Regulator.
3: Mopar SRT4 Stage 2 60# injectors.
4: Billet Fuel Rails.
5: Bunch of AN fittings.
6: Some -6 line

Things I still need.

1: Aeromotive Billet fuel pump controller.
2: More - line.
3: Relay Harness.
4: New Boost gauge that reads higher then 20#.
3: Fuel line holding clamps.
