Im curious about the area behind the plastic on eighter side of the hitch. ... can you snap a few pics from under neath? I need to see if the hitch runs behind the plastics. If not you could cut it out on eighter side.

If you go 5"square tips you might. But i really need to see the area behind the plastics. If that hitch is in the way then it will need to come out too or you put turn downs just behind it. If you do the turn downs then tips wont matter.
